McKay Law has established a client
base many national firms would die for. It has done this through
demonstrating a passion for the protection of its client’s interests and
the development of legal excellence through practice combined with

We are a young team with an
emphasis on recruiting like-minded people to join us in our quest to

We are continually expanding and are looking for
fee earners, administrative, marketing and support staff who want to
align themselves with our ideology. Candidates will be proactive,
astute, have an ability to network through their own contacts, as well
as tap into those of the firm; priority will be toward those who may have a following.
We are also interested in speaking to those in departments who are
disenfranchised with their current firm and who may be looking for a
high degree of autonomy. We would also like to speak with practice owners who may be
considering selling their practice or who wish to explore the
opportunity to bring it under the McKay Law banner.
