McKay Law deal with all aspects of family proceedings including difficult issues involving children, divorce, financial disputes and property litigation.  We consider our remit is to bring sympathy and understanding to what can be difficult, sometimes traumatic, circumstances. We aim to reduce acrimony not add to it while striving to keep costs to the client as low as possible.

We offer to undertake the work involved in *non-contested divorce proceedings for a fixed rate of £375.00 plus VAT and disbursements.  

*Non-contested proceedings are where there are no disputes relating to issues such as tracing a spouse, custody of children, financial settlements etc. Should such issues arise additional costs will be billed at an hourly rate for work done thereafter.
