Terms & Conditions

1. McKay Law Conferences Ltd reserves the right to cancel or vary a conference, seminar, module or event where the occasion necessitates and without notice.
2. All speakers are subject to variation without notice.
3. Invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date.
4. If the delegate cancels after the booking has been accepted, the delegate will be liable to the following  cancellation charges:
• Over 21 days prior to the conference – 15% •10 Days prior to the conference – 50% • Less than 10 days prior to the event – 100%.
4. A booking constitutes a legally binding contract. Where the delegate is a Solicitor, the delegate and his or her firm are jointly and severally liable for all of the fees.
5. All bookings whether submitted by email, fax, mail or by telephone are subject to these booking conditions.
