Terms & Conditions

1. McKay Law solicitors and advocates reserves the right to cancel or vary a course where the occasion necessitates
2. All Speakers are subject to variation without notice
3. Invoices for the conference must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date
4. If the delegate cancels after the booking has been accepted, the delegate will be liable to the following cancellation charges:
• Over 21 days prior to the conference – 25% •10 Days prior to the conference – 50% • Less than 10 days prior to the event – 100%.
5. This booking form constitutes a legally binding contract.  Where the delegate is a Solicitor, the delegate and firm are jointly and severally liable for all of the fees.
6. All bookings submitted by email, fax or over the telephone are subject to these booking conditions.
